Nick Womack has over 20 years of work experience in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. Nick began their career in 2000 as a Recruitment Consultant for REED, where they were seconded to Manchester to set-up and manage a permanent full-cycle recruitment contract for the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. In 2004, they joined the Royal Bank of Scotland Group as an Outplacement Consultant and Volume & Specialist Resourcing Consultant. Nick then moved to The Curve Group in 2014 as a Resourcing Manager (RPO). In 2016, they joined Arvato UK as a UK Talent Acquisition Manager and in 2019 they joined JoinTalent as a Talent Acquisition Manager. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager at Kisimul Group Limited.

Nick Womack has two educational qualifications. In 2001-2002, they completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in Professional Recruitment Services from Royal Holloway, University of London, with a field of study in HR/Recruitment. From 1994 to 1997, they obtained a BA (Hons) in Literary and Historical Studies from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
