Orla Hickey

Orla Hickey has over 24 years of work experience, beginning with a Senior Sales role at Harrods in 1997. Orla then moved on to a Talent Acquisition Specialist role at REED MANAGED SERVICES LTD in 2007, followed by a Resourcing Specialist FTC role at Bank of Ireland in 2008. In 2011, they took on the role of Talent Acquisition Manager at Dairy Crest, and then moved on to a Resourcing Manager FTC role at Sainsbury's in 2012. In 2013, they became the Head Of Talent Acquistion - Starbucks & Hospitality Brands EMEA, and in 2017 they took on a Global Resourcing Project Manager - FTC role at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). In 2018, they became the Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Hotelbeds, and in 2020 they took on a Management Consultant - Talent Acquisition role at Self Employed. Most recently, in 2021, they began their role as Client Success Manager at Join Talent.

Orla Hickey attended Ursuline Convent from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their GCSE's. Orla then attended London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London from 1997 to 2000.
