Eric P. Meredith, MEd, MS, RDN, CHES is the Senior Director of Nutrition Services at Tangelo, where Eric P. created foundational nutrition standards for 20 chronic conditions. Eric P. is also the Founder and Chief Wellness Officer of Health Heroes, where Eric P. developed presentations on cancer prevention and healthy cooking. Previously, Eric served as a Tribal Affairs Specialist at USDA, working to promote access to healthy food for Indigenous populations. With a background in nutrition science and community engagement, Eric has made significant contributions to various organizations in the field of nutrition and health education.
