Danielle Barb CAM, CALP

Danielle Barb CAM, CALP has extensive work experience in various roles. Danielle started their career as a Sales Associate at Kay Jewelers in 2015 and worked there for a year. Danielle then transitioned to the real estate industry, working as a Leasing Consultant at Inland Residential from 2015 to 2016. Danielle then served as an Assistant Property Manager at First Communities from 2016 to early 2017. Danielle further expanded their expertise by working as a Community Property Manager at Pickering & Company, Inc. from June to November 2017, and later at Evolve Companies from November 2017 to April 2019.

In 2021, Danielle made a career shift and began working as an Executive Assistant at Mosher Bookkeeping Services, LLC, Squared Away, and Clerky simultaneously. At Squared Away, they also took on the role of a Team Lead from May to October 2021. Danielle continued to work as an Executive Assistant at Mosher Bookkeeping Services, LLC and Clerky until November 2021.

Danielle then joined Commonstock in 2021, first as a Finance Specialist from November 2021, and later as the Chief Executive Assistant from March 2021. Currently, they hold the position of an Operations Generalist at Commonstock, starting from May 2022.

Looking ahead, Danielle plans to continue developing their career and has secured a position as a Chief of Staff Fellow at Coho, starting in April 2023.

Danielle Barb CAM, CALP attended Mount St. Mary's University from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Marketing. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career. In February 2019, they became a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association. Furthermore, in June 2017, they achieved the CALP Certified Apartment Leasing Professional certification, also from the National Apartment Association. Danielle has also received additional training and certifications in areas such as Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Child Abuse Training, Youth Soccer Coach, and Concussion Training for Youth Sports Coaches. These certifications were obtained in various months and years, such as May and June 2017 and May 2021 respectively.
