Jessica Casale

Jessica Casale has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jessica is currently working as a Community Manager at Daisy, a condo and co-op management company. Jessica'sresponsibilities include event management, content creation, project management, and developing local partnerships.

Before joining Daisy, Jessica worked at The Rounds as a Merchandising Manager for local products and later as a Local Marketing Manager. In these roles, they executed local marketing events, oversaw advertising and sponsorships, and developed a go-to-market process for expanding into new areas.

Prior to that, Jessica was a Social Media Manager at Quarbon, an early-stage start-up focusing on measuring social and environmental impact for businesses in Philadelphia.

Jessica also has experience in community engagement and operations coordination at The GREEN Program, where they served as a Community Engagement & Operations Coordinator and an Administrative Coordinator.

Furthermore, Jessica has worked as a Program Ambassador at Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and as a Field Manager & Community Organizer at Clean Water Action, advocating for policy change and managing a team of community organizers.

Jessica has also served as an Environmental Outreach Coordinator at Haverford Township Department of Parks and Recreation and as a Sales Associate at Dreyer Farms, where they gained knowledge in horticulture and sustainable agriculture techniques.

Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as a Staff Supervisor at Jaeger Fitness Center, managing the front desk and operation of the fitness center, and as a Green Infrastructure Research Intern at the Association of NJ Environmental Commissions.

Jessica Casale attended Gettysburg College from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Environmental Studies and Anthropology. In 2016 and 2017, they also attended the School for International Training, focusing on Cultural Anthropology. Jessica has obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate in Sustainability and Anti-Oppression in Travel from RISE Travel Institute in October 2021 and Nepal (Online) Ethics of Sustainable Development from The GREEN Program in August 2021. Additionally, they obtained a Wilderness First Respondent certification from Wilderness Medical Associates International in June 2015.
