Quality Control/ Project Coordinator at JOINN Biologics

Harman Pannu has been working in the biologics field since 2019. At JOINN Biologics US Inc., they held the role of Quality Control/Project Coordinator, where they performed EM sampling and testing, WFI Bioburden sampling, and Pure steam and Gases sampling. Harman also revised Standard Operating Procedures as needed. In 2019, Harman began working at Boehringer Ingelheim as a Production Associate. In this role, they followed SOPs, created and maintained neat, legible batch records and data sheets, set up and performed Cleaning (CIP) and Steaming (SIP), and committed to work in an ISO 7 environment. Additionally, they were responsible for buffer preparation for bulk production, working with raw material gold particles, hazardous chemicals, pH and condo reading, collecting rinse samples (WFI samples, bioburden samples, endotoxin), swab sampling, manually cleaning parts, working in hoods and aseptic techniques, making and entering QC LIMS labels, assisting with revising standard operating producers as needed, and supporting monitoring and maintaining of controlled temperature environment during operations. Harman also demonstrated an excellent ability to interpret data.

Harman Pannu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Microbiological Sciences and Immunology from California State University - East Bay in 2018. Harman then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management from Capella University in 2020.
