Adriane Grant

After One Love was awarded a DOJ OVW grant to partner with youth-serving community-based organizations, Adriane Grant (she/her/hers) took the lead in overseeing the education and engagement opportunities in Westchester County and the Bronx, New York area. Outside of their Department of Justice grant services, Adriane also manages their support services for Westchester County schools. Before joining One Love, Adriane worked in human resources at the nonprofit organization Family Services of Westchester and in the New York State Legislative Assembly. Adriane graduated from the University at Albany, SUNY, with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Rhetoric.
