Letty Santana

Letty Santana is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Optimas Solutions since January 2025, Letty previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Strongpoint Partners and held multiple positions at EmPower HR, including Human Resources Business Partner and Generalist. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant at Hub Group, and a Human Resources Intern at OCC. Letty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from DePaul University, completed in June 2015.
