Rachana D. is an experienced software engineer currently working at Paradigm as a member of the MerusCase Engineering team since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rachana held the position of Senior Software Engineer for Measurement & Verification at Bernhard from December 2021 to May 2023. Rachana's prior experiences include working as a Software Engineer at Samsung Austin R&D Center and a Frontend Developer for the YTH Street Connect project at Frugal Innovation Labs, where leadership on an Android application improved connectivity for homeless youth. Rachana has also contributed as a Software Engineer at Softech Solutions and completed a Business Intelligence Analyst internship at InfoCepts. Rachana holds an Executive MBA in Information Technology from Ottawa University, a Master's of Science in Computer Science from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Technology from Nagpur University.
