Igor Orlicki is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer success, management, and leadership. Currently serving as Head of MAX Customer Success & Support at GetResponse since October 2013, Igor has been instrumental in developing strategies for customer journeys and leading a team of approximately 30 individuals. Previous roles at GetResponse include MAX Account Management Manager, Account Management Team Leader, and Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities ranged from technical problem-solving to optimizing email marketing campaigns. As the Founder of UniLight.me and an Executive Member at Pavilion, Igor continues to demonstrate leadership and innovation. Additional experience includes project coordination at SGiR, public speaking at TEDx events, and direct sales at Effect. Igor's education includes coursework in Political Science at the University of Gdansk and a secondary school certificate from II High School in Sopot.
