Pamela Fuller

Pamela Fuller currently serves as the Vice President & Principal of the Executive Coaching Center of Excellence at BTS and is an active Executive Member of Pavilion. As a best-selling author, Pamela's work, "The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias," has achieved Amazon #1 New Release status and has been recognized in various awards, with over 75,000 copies sold globally and translations into eight languages. Previously, Pamela held the role of Area Vice President of Sales at BetterUp and Regional Vice President of Sales at FranklinCovey, where significant contributions were made in leadership development and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Pamela holds a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
