Phill Klein is a seasoned professional in growth strategy and market development with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Growth Rockstar at STARSTRUCK since September 2023, Phill plays a pivotal role in helping partners and leaders thrive in over 350 marketplaces. As an Executive Member of Pavilion since 2021, Phill contributes to a leading go-to-market community. Previously, as Cofounder and CEO of FinLync from June 2018 to June 2023, Phill led the global marketplace for bank APIs, which was acquired during tenure. Additional roles include Executive Director at Capco and Practice Leader at Monitor Deloitte, focusing on art, finance, and technology. Phill has also held positions in product strategy and leadership at Deloitte Consulting, GC London, Morgan Stanley, and Citi. An alumnus of Loughborough University, Phill holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics.
