Shreyaa C. is an accomplished leader in customer success with extensive experience across multiple markets, currently serving as Head of Customer Success for ASEAN, ANZ, Japan, and India at MongoDB since March 2022, where Shreyaa manages four teams and has been recognized as a two-time Leader of the Year. Previously, Shreyaa held several roles at Amplitude, HubSpot, and BDO Singapore LLP, among others, contributing significantly to customer success and management consulting. As a Co-Founder of Blackbolt Holdings and an Executive at Revenue Collective, Shreyaa showcases a strong commitment to leadership and innovation in business. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree from Brunel University of London and legal training from The University of Law and the University of Reading.
