Justin Parratt

Justin Parratt has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Justin is currently a Software Engineer (Founding Team) at Pogo, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Wayfair from 2017 to 2021. At Wayfair, Justin held various roles, starting as a Software Engineering Intern in 2017. Justin then progressed to Software Engineer, Software Engineer II, and eventually became a Senior Software Engineer. As a Senior Software Engineer, Justin led a five-person team, managed four junior engineers, and focused on career growth. Justin designed and delivered a web application for bulk product description data update using React/Redux + containerized microservice backend. Before Wayfair, Justin worked at Areté Inc in 2016 as a NYC Summer Engineer, where they developed various applications using Java, JSON, and Android Studio. Justin also worked as a Paid Intern at Nyca Partners in 2015, where they produced documents, created performance metrics and reports, and prepared research reports.

Justin Parratt attended The Lawrenceville School from 2010 to 2014, where they graduated with honors. Following this, they pursued a degree in Computer Science at Cornell University from 2014 to 2018.
