John Scarpulla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in utilities, strategic initiatives, and emergency management. Currently working at Promise since October 2022, John previously held various leadership roles at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission from June 2011 to September 2022, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships, Manager of Policy & Government Affairs, Program Manager, and Planner and Project Manager.
