Michael Cao

Michael Cao has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michael is currently the Director, Head of Growth at Propel, Inc since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Adobe from 2016 to 2022, where they held various positions including Group Manager, Growth; Senior Manager, Growth; Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager - Adobe Spark; and Growth Marketing Manager - Next Generation Products. In 2015, they interned as a Product Marketing Manager at Adobe. Before joining Adobe, they worked at NetApp from 2010 to 2014 as a Software Engineer II on the Performance Engineering Development team. Michael also interned as a Software Engineer and Performance Engineer at NetApp in 2009. Michael's early work experience includes an internship as a Software Developer at IBM in 2008.

Michael Cao has pursued education at several institutions throughout their academic career. Michael completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, along with a Master of Science in Design Innovation (MSDI), from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from IESE Business School.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where they specialized in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Additionally, they graduated from Lynbrook High School with a High School Diploma.
