Senior Software Engineer at Propel

Natalie Weinstein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Natalie began their career as an Accounting and Expediting Intern at Masterpiece Interiors in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Research Assistant at the UCF Office of Economics Experiments and as a Production Planning & Control Intern at Lockheed Martin. In 2012, they became a Summer VISTA at AmeriCorps before joining Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions as an SAT/ACT Teacher and Tutor from 2009 to 2011.

In 2012, Natalie joined Citi as a Business Analyst, where they determined test coverage design for up to 42 projects per code release. Natalie also uncovered and reported defects. Later in 2013, they became a Test Coverage Lead Analyst at Citi, where they trained and supervised a team of analysts and testers, created and tracked performance metrics, and determined load balance for offshore resources.

From 2013 to 2015, Natalie worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a Revenue Management Analyst and later as a Revenue Planning Analyst. In these roles, they created reporting and analysis of business trends, automated reporting processes, and improved the accuracy of revenue reports.

In 2015, Natalie joined Ultimate Software as a Software Test Engineer TechStar/Intern. Natalie then moved on to become a Software Test Engineer in the Platform Integrations team, where they served as a lead tester on various applications. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer II in the Mobile and Platform Integrations teams. Finally, from 2019 to 2020, Natalie held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Ultimate Software.

Most recently, Natalie joined Virta Health in 2020 as a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they received the company-wide "Impact Award" for their work evaluating and implementing a new CMS. Natalie also made significant improvements to the full-stack phone screen process, resulting in a 34% increase in the pass rate.

Currently, Natalie works as a Senior Software Engineer at Propel, Inc, starting in 2023.

Natalie Weinstein completed their International Baccalaureate Program at King High School. Natalie then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics and Mathematics at the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2012. Natalie furthered their education by studying Economics at Tilburg University in 2011. Later, from 2014 to 2018, they attended Florida State University, where they obtained another Bachelor of Science degree, this time in Computer Science.
