Aditya Chaturvedi is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Consumer Engineering at Real since July 2025, Aditya previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Flyhomes, where significant achievements included scaling the Flyhomes AI portal to over 1 million visits and leading customer acquisition initiatives. Earlier roles include Head of Technology for Times Internet, Co-founder and CTO of Clovia Lingerie, and positions at Mountain Apollo India, My-Experiment, hCentive, 3CLogic, and GlobalLogic, demonstrating a strong track record in scaling engineering teams, optimizing lead generation, and driving product development. Aditya holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from HBTI Kanpur and a PGPM in Business Administration from Sunstone.
