Andrei Vazhnov

Andrei Vazhnov serves as the Senior Vice President of AI and Quantitative Research at Real since March 2021 and holds advisory positions at GenAI Consulting, Chance, and Sentrisense. Previously, Andrei was the Chief Technology Officer at Chance and Professor of Innovation at Universidad ORT Uruguay. Additional academic contributions include a role as a Professor of Entrepreneurship at EmprendING and a Research Fellow at Universidad Austral, where research focused on the impacts of digital technologies on traditional business models. Andrei's earlier experience includes a senior engineering role at Rovi Corporation and volunteering as a translator for Kiva.org. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University and a diploma in Physics from Novosibirsk State University.
