Brian Dixon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and social impact investing. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Kapor Capital since July 2011, Brian oversees a portfolio of over 175 companies focused on addressing access and opportunity gaps for low-income communities and communities of color. In addition, Brian holds board member positions at Jobs for the Future and the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies. Brian is also a Kauffman Fellow and has previous experience in product management and IT analysis with companies such as EF Education, BabyZone.com, and Citi. Brian earned an MBA in Venture Capital and Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a BS in Computer and Information Science from Northeastern University.
