Kim Kimberly Mays

Kim Kimberly Mays is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in quality and patient safety, currently serving as Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at Grady Health System since October 2016. In this role, Mays oversees infection prevention, clinical quality improvement, clinical decision support, patient safety and accreditation, and palliative care initiatives. Additionally, Mays has worked as a Domestic RN Consultant for Joint Commission Resources since August 2012, providing expert guidance on survey standards and processes. Mays holds a Masters of Business and a Masters of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, earned between 1999 and 2001.
