Mike Boland

Mike Boland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Joint Commission Resources since April 2018, Mike has progressed through various product management roles within the company. Prior to this, Mike held the position of Head Women's Soccer Coach at Benedictine University from July 2014 to March 2018, and served as Head Soccer Recruiting Coach at NCSA Next College Student Athlete. Additional coaching experience includes roles at Northern Illinois University, William Penn University, and Carmel Catholic High School. Mike began a career in human resources as a Specialist at Rewards Network in 2006. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Leadership at William Penn University.
