Tiffany Winfrey has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the United States Marine Corps. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Client Advocacy at JCTM, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles in the Marine Corps, including Operations Chief, Full Motion Video PED Chief, Plans Chief, Geospatial Chief, MAGTF Intelligence Chief, Geographic Intelligence Specialist Chief, MCIA Geospatial Branch Chief, Geospatial Data Management Chief, Master Instructor and Curriculum Developer, and Geospatial Analyst. In these roles, Tiffany demonstrated expertise in geospatial data management and interoperability, providing technical knowledge, leadership, analysis, and training. Tiffany has been with the Marine Corps since June 2001, with their last role ending in March 2023.

Tiffany Winfrey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice - Forensic Psychology from Kaplan University between 2006 and 2009. In 2013, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Geospatial Information Systems at American Sentinel College, which they completed in 2015. Additionally, Tiffany received specialized training in geodetic surveying through the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency in 2004 and completed the Basic Geographic Intelligence Specialist Course in 2001-2002. In terms of certifications, they obtained several in 2023 from LinkedIn, including Excel: Dashboards for Beginners, How to Manage Lean Six Sigma Projects: Part I and II, Power BI Quick Tips, Six Sigma: Green Belt, and Using Power BI with Excel.
