Sara Emmons

Sara Emmons, PMP, currently serves as the Operations Manager at the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation since September 2022. Previously, Sara held the position of Management Analyst at Boston Government Services from November 2019 to September 2022, supporting the Department of Energy's Knowledge Management and Systems Office. From April 2010 to November 2019, Sara was a Senior Project Analyst for Allegheny Science & Technology, working on projects with the U.S. Department of Energy's Fuel Cell and Geothermal Technologies Offices, where key process improvements were implemented in project management. Earlier in Sara's career, from August 2005 to April 2010, the role of Executive Meetings Manager was held at VISIT DENVER, achieving notable accomplishments in client relationship management and sales. Sara earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Colorado State University between 2001 and 2005.
