JRAD
Kathleen Hickman is a highly experienced professional in the fields of test and evaluation, systems engineering, and scientific consulting. Currently serving as a Test & Evaluation Analyst at JRAD since September 2019, Kathleen supports science and technology as well as test and evaluation initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Scientist/Senior Subject Matter Expert at ManTech International Corporation, where Kathleen contributed to systems engineering technical assistance for detection technologies from November 2004 to August 2019. Kathleen also held the position of Scientific Advisor at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, focusing on contract relations and developing statements of work from September 1999 to October 2004, and worked as a Presidential Management Intern at the United States Department of Defense from September 1997 to September 1999, with assignments at various defense organizations. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Washington University in St. Louis and a B.A. in Chemistry from Kalamazoo College.
