JRAD
Mark Hanning-Lee is an experienced Program Systems Analyst III currently providing remote support under the AEC-FIRES contract for the Army Evaluation Center, where guidance on testing and evaluations aids the DoD's procurement decisions. Prior roles include consulting scientist at the University of Michigan, and senior program systems analyst at Censeo Insight Inc., along with extensive experience as a senior scientist at Design West Technologies, a project scientist at Jacobs Dugway Team, and analytical instrumentation scientist at Hamilton Sundstrand. Hanning-Lee's background in chemical and biological detection spans various positions, including significant contributions at Syagen Technology, The Aerospace Corporation, and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Mark Hanning-Lee holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge.
