Nikolai Waithe

Nikolai Waithe currently serves as a System Engineer and previously held the role of Software Test Engineer at JRAD since September 2025. Prior to this, Nikolai worked as a Tier 3 Support Technician at ASRC Federal from May 2023 to October 2025. In terms of education, Nikolai is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, with an expected completion date of December 2026, and holds a degree in Cyber Security from Northern Virginia Community College.
