JRAD
Scott Chaney is a Program Analyst at JRAD, providing modeling and simulation expertise to the Army's AEC office, and has been the Owner of Broad Creek Manor Assisted Living since January 2020. Previously, Chaney served as a Senior Simulation Consultant at MOSIMTEC, where extensive simulation specifications were developed for commercial projects. At RTR Technologies, LLC, from 2005 to 2024, Chaney held various roles, including Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Senior Simulation Modeler, leading analyses for Customs and Border Protection and managing teams in software development initiatives. Early career experience includes positions as a Project Engineer at Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc., and internships with BMT Designers & Planners and the Office of Naval Intelligence. Chaney holds a BS in Ocean Engineering from Virginia Tech and an ME in Modeling and Simulation from Old Dominion University.
