JRAD
Shannon Shelburne is an experienced Program Manager at JRAD, where responsibilities include managing multiple contracts to ensure cost, schedule, performance, and client satisfaction, alongside supporting business development and proposal management since February 2008. Prior experience includes serving as a Statistician and Facility Security Officer, providing support in statistics, data analysis, design of experiments, training, data management, and test and evaluation procedures for various clients. Shannon also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, teaching statistical programming and analysis methods, and contributed to the Department of Statistics’ Consulting Center from August 2003 to December 2007. An internship at GSK involved assisting in data mining and analyzing large-scale studies during a cooperative program in 2004. Shannon holds both an MS and PhD in Statistics from Virginia Tech, completed in 2007.
