Steve Avallone

Systems Engineer at JRAD

Steve Avallone possesses over 35 years of extensive experience in Systems Engineering, specifically supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) in test and evaluation (T&E), management, and acquisition. Currently serving as a Test and Systems Engineering, Data and Infrastructure Manager, and T&E Evaluator at Joint Research and Development, Inc. since November 2017, Mr. Avallone also holds a position as Systems Engineer at JRAD, where responsibilities include leading test and systems engineering efforts, developing test strategies, and overseeing test infrastructure development. Their earlier role as a Test Engineering Manager for the DoD Army from August 1986 to October 2017 further solidified their expertise in this field. Mr. Avallone earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University and an Associate's Degree in Engineering from the Community College of Philadelphia.
