Chris J. Collier is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in leadership consulting, defense advisory roles, and civil-military operations. Currently serving as the Founder of Education Oasis Foundation, Chris is dedicated to empowering underserved populations through education, with a focus on women and girls in Afghanistan. With a significant background as a Senior Academic Instructor at Joint Special Operations University, Chris has also held leadership positions that include serving as a Leadership Consultant at Black Diamond Global Partners LLC and a Presidential Staff Senior Advisor in Kabul, Afghanistan. Additionally, Chris has authored best-selling works on leadership and has advised various military and governmental organizations on education, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. Chris holds a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

USSOCOM's "Think-Do Tank" Center for Special Operations Thinking. WE SHARPEN THE EDGE OF SOF’S ADVANTAGE: THE NEXT-GENERATION SOF PROFESSIONAL. The Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) provides education to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and to people who enable the SOF mission in a joint environment. In addition to the regular courses taught at MacDill Air Force Base (AFB), JSOU routinely conducts both regular and tailored off-station activities for SOF units worldwide by means of remote or on-site instruction, DL courses, and via video tele-instruction (VTI). Mission JSOU prepares SOF professionals to address strategic and operational challenges, arming them with the ability to think through problems with knowledge, insight, and foresight.
