Colleen Krepstekies

Colleen Krepstekies is an experienced Civil Affairs Officer and U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, currently serving in a temporary military assignment in Germany with the Joint Special Operations University since April 2023. With a military career that includes roles at SOCAFRICA and the U.S. Army Reserve, Colleen has been involved in civil affairs planning and logistics. Prior to their current military positions, Colleen held significant roles at AARP Florida, focusing on communications and advocacy for older adults, and served in various capacities within the Florida Department of Veterans' Affairs, enhancing outreach and legislative relations. Colleen's academic background includes a Master's in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's in Marketing from the University of Tampa, complemented by military education at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
