Mihir Sen

Mihir Sen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mihir began their career as an Associate Authentication Analyst at Symantec in 2011 and later worked as a Marketing and Business Development Consultant at B&R Trading Pty Ltd. In 2018, Mihir co-founded Realment Labs, where they served as the CMO, Product Manager, and Product Designer, overseeing marketing strategies, product development, and industrial design. Mihir also worked as a Sales Head at dRSTi Communications and as a Project and Product Head at DeeplogiX Technologies. Mihir's experience also includes work as a Strategic Business Consultant at Deepak Fertilisers And Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd., a Lead for Strategy and Innovation at Assets Positive, and a Mentor at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at Petara and the Chief Executive Officer at Jointworks Solutions LLP.

Mihir Sen completed a Startup Accelerator and Co-Creation program at the Bosch DNA Accelerator Programme in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Certified Professional Program in CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM (CCCP) from EDS Technologies in 2013. Mihir also attended RMIT University from 2007, but did not complete an Associate Degree in Engineering Technology. In 2004-2006, they studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
