Julie Beck

Julie Beck, CPP, currently serves as Payroll Director for the Jollibee Group of Companies, directing North American payroll operations across five restaurant brands since November 2020. Prior to this role, Julie managed payroll functions at Smashburger and The Integer Group, overseeing payroll for numerous restaurants and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Extensive experience includes positions at Perdue Farms as Senior Payroll Project Manager, Coleman Natural Foods as Corporate Payroll Manager, and in various HR roles at PetroHunter Energy Corporation and AmeriSphere Mortgage Finance. Additionally, Julie has run a photo solutions consulting business since 1997, focusing on business development and empowerment for women. Julie holds a B.S. in Finance and French from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
