Melissa Villanueva

Melissa Villanueva, MA, is an experienced learning and development professional with a diverse background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Global Learning and Development at Jollibee Foods Corporation since April 2017, Melissa previously held the position of Training and Development Director for Asia and the Pacific at Regus, where responsibilities included overseeing learning programs across 16 countries. Melissa has also worked as an independent consultant, focusing on project-based learning and development, and has held senior management positions at SM Supermalls and Luen Thai International, among others. With a strong academic foundation including an MA in Education and units toward a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of the Philippines, Melissa brings significant expertise to the field of education and training.
