Dion Chang

Dion Chang, M.S., is a Research and Development Specialist at Jollibee Group North America since May 2023, previously serving as a Food Scientist and Research and Development Intern at Green Boy Group from April 2022 to May 2023. Education includes a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from California State University, Long Beach (2006-2010). Notable experience as a Graduate Researcher involved leading a Food Science Research Team and conducting laboratory-scale experiments focusing on food formulations and sensory evaluations.
