Ryan Mercado

Ryan Mercado is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the food service industry. Currently serving as District Manager at Jollibee Group North America since August 2021, Ryan previously held the role of Regional Operations Leader at BarBurrito Restaurants Inc., where oversight of a 16-store franchised region was key. With extensive experience at Aramark as a Multi-Unit Retail Food Operations Manager and Catering Manager, responsibilities included management of the Main Campus Cafeteria and various branded food outlets. Prior to these roles, Ryan was a Store Manager at Starbucks, and operated multiple Shell retail sites as a Cluster Retailer. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communications from the University of the Philippines and a Certificate in Marketing and Advertising from New York University.
