Melissa Garcia

Melissa Garcia has extensive experience in the food service industry, having worked with Jollibee for over a decade. Starting as Service Crew in May 2011, Melissa quickly advanced to Crew Leader and then to Assistant Restaurant Manager at Jollibee Group of Companies by February 2016. Melissa later held the positions of Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager before becoming a Customer Satisfaction Specialist at Jollibee UAE in July 2016, a role maintained to the present. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management Accounting from Mariano Marcos State University, completed in 2014.
