Scott Baynes is an experienced professional in the field of town planning and project management, currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at JOLT since March 2022. Prior to this role, Baynes held various positions at bp, including Town Planning and Environment Lead and Front End Loading Advisor for Asset Optimisation, from November 2019 to March 2022. From August 2018 to November 2019, Baynes worked at Nokia as a Senior Town Planner and Project Manager on the Optus Wireless Project. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Site Acquisition and Design Manager for NSW & QLD at Visionstream Pty Ltd, where contributions were made to the Ericsson Fixed Wireless Project (NBN), as well as working as a Town Planner on projects for Ericsson and Telstra Mobile Wireless. Baynes began the career as a Student Planner at RPS Australia Asia Pacific in late 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Regional and Town Planning (Honours) from The University of Queensland and attendance at Brisbane Boys College for high school education.
