Robert Greeley

Robert Greeley has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role was as the Chief Operations Officer at JOLT ENERGY, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Accenture as the Process and Operations Lead and Senior ServiceNow Architect from March 2021 to May 2023. Before joining Accenture, Greeley held the position of VP, Service Automation Processes and Strategy at AIG from January 2014 to March 2021, where they significantly improved the company's global Service Delivery capabilities through automation and process improvement.

From October 2008 to December 2013, Greeley worked at Atos as the Practice Lead, ITIL and Process Consulting, Sr. Director, ITIL Process Improvement Program and successfully implemented and optimized operational processes for both Atos and its clients. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director, Infrastructure Management Center at Siemens Corporation from July 2005 to September 2008.

Additionally, Greeley has experience working as the President at Concert Software and Business Services, GmbH from October 2003 to June 2005, as well as the Manager at Siemens Power Transmission and Distribution from January 2000 to October 2003.

Robert started their career as a Nuclear Power Engineering Officer in the US Navy in 1991 and served until 1996. Before transitioning into the private sector, Greeley worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt at GE Power Systems (Now GE Energy) from August 1996 to July 1998, where they optimized processes for the sale of power generation equipment and led multinational teams in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. Robert also served as the CIO at GE Inspection and Repair Services from July 1998 to November 1999.
