Project Manager at Jonah Digital Agency

Erica Garcia has held a number of positions in the past eight years. In 2022, they began working at Jonah Digital Agency as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Advertising Director and Marketing Communications Manager at Southwestern Assemblies of God University from 2017-2022. During this time, they maintained the SAGU brand through design, print, and video marketing projects and was the primary designer and implementer of a brand new full recruitment campaign launch. From 2016-2017, Erica was a Graphic Design Intern at Emens Auditorium, where they designed all marketing materials and was selected as the first intern to design the full season brochure. Additionally, they were presented with the People's Choice Addy Award for their design. From 2014-2016, Erica worked as a Computer Lab Assistant at Housing and Residence Life, where they provided assistance and answers for lab users with technological issues.

Erica Garcia completed a Certificate in Journalistic Visual Presentation from Ball State University between 2013 and 2017. Erica then obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Advertising from Ball State University between 2013 and 2017. In 2018 and 2019, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Hootsuite and HubSpot Academy, including a Hootsuite Platform Certification in April 2017, Content Marketing Certification in December 2019, and Social Media Certification in December 2019.
