Elvera Berryman

Elvera Berryman has over 35 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Elvera started their career as an Engineer at VATYEGANNEFT in 1985, where they worked until 1995. Elvera then joined LUKOIL-Kogalymneftegas as an Engineer and remained with the company until 2000. After that, they worked at J.V. VATOIL as an Engineer from 2000 to 2003. From 2005 to 2007, Elvera worked as a Contractor at Mountain Petroleum Corporation. Elvera then joined Whiting Petroleum Corporation in 2007 as an EH&S Contractor for a year. From 2009 to 2014, they held the position of Environmental Professional / EH&S at Whiting Petroleum Corporation. Elvera then transitioned to the role of Engineering Technician / Operations from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, they took on the role of Engineering Technician / Acquisitions & Reservoir Engineering, where they provided technical support for the Reserves and Reservoir Engineering teams and utilized various software and databases. Elvera continued in this role until 2019. In their most recent position, Elvera served as a Senior Operations Technologist at Jonah Energy LLC, where they performed daily surveillance of completion and workover entries, prepared reports for partners and regulatory agencies, and ensured accuracy of cost and activity.

Elvera Berryman has a Certificate in MIT Big Data and Social Analytics from the MIT School of Architecture and Planning. Elvera also holds a Diploma in Development and Operation of Oil and Gas Fields from Petroleum College. In addition to their formal education, Elvera has obtained several certifications including a Certificate of Completion in Administering a SQL Database Infrastructure, Tableau 10 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training For Data Science, Tableau 10 Advanced Training: Master Tableau in Data Science, Developing SQL Databases, Basics of Reservoir Engineering, and Fluids Flow in Porous Media. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Udemy, and LinkedIn.
