Daniel Ruaro, MBA, CSM® has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Daniel recently joined Jonah Group as a Scrum Master in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Anglo American as a Scrum Master from December 2020 to September 2022. Daniel also served as a Project Manager at the Federation of Canadian-Brazilian Businesses from April 2020 to April 2021. Before that, Daniel held the position of Project Manager at Rumo from March 2019 to December 2019. Daniel gained valuable experience as a Project Manager and IT Coordinator at Telefonica from June 2015 to June 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at GVT as an IT Project Manager from June 2009 to June 2015, with prior roles as a System Analyst II from January 2008 to June 2009, and as a System Analyst from July 2006 to January 2008.
Daniel Ruaro has a comprehensive education history. In 2004 to 2006, they attended Faculdade de Tecnologia Opet and obtained a degree in Information Systems. In 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Grupo Educacional Opet. In 2014 to 2015, they furthered their education at FAE Centro Universitário and completed a postgraduate program in IT Management.
In addition to their formal education, Daniel Ruaro has obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they achieved the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance. Daniel also acquired a Yellow Belt from Lean 6 Sigma in June 2013. Furthermore, they hold multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques, SEO Foundations, The Top PMO Challenges, DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile, Scrum: Advanced, Agile Development Practices, Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, Proven Tips for Managing Your Time, and Building Self-Confidence.
