Lauren Zullo

As Managing Director of Environmental Impact, Lauren Zullo is responsible for leading environmental and healthy building initiatives across the portfolio. Working closely with Asset Management, Development, and Construction practices, she identifies and implements green retrofit opportunities and advances environmental innovation in new development. She also tracks building performance metrics and develops environmental reporting for investors and other stakeholders.
