Hilary Dubin

Hilary Dubin is a seasoned entrepreneur and product manager with extensive experience in launching innovative initiatives. As a Co-Founder of Cozier, Inc., Hilary led the creation of ethically made leisurewear that champions size and gender inclusivity. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Jones and Founder in Residence at the NYU Entrepreneurial Institute, Hilary continues to foster entrepreneurial ventures. Previous roles include Senior Product Manager at Atlassian, where Hilary launched Confluence Premium and Free editions, as well as various positions in product management and behavioral research. Hilary holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Cognitive Science with a minor in Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
