Jen Smothers

Jen Smothers is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Jones Dairy Farm since March 2021, Jen has previously held similar managerial roles at Grede Holdings LLC and Firestone Building Products, where responsibilities included safety and environmental management. Prior experience as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Conney Safety Products provided foundational HR expertise. Jen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, earned between 1993 and 1997.
