Jacci Harriman, PMP, has extensive experience in operations and IT project management across various companies. At Jones Day, Jacci holds the title of Manager Operations & Support. Prior to that, Jacci worked at JOANN Stores as both an Information Technology Operations Manager and a Senior IT Project Manager.
