Shaella Morales has a diverse range of work experience. Shaella started their career in 2013 as an Office for New Americans Citizenship Intern at Mercy Center. From 2014 to 2017, Morales worked at Mercy Center in various roles, including Immigration Specialist and DACA Community Outreach Worker. During this time, they played a significant role in the organization's operations and was recognized with leadership awards and a promotion. In 2015, Morales also worked as a Tutor at America Reads.
