Jasper Berkenbosch

Jasper Berkenbosch is a seasoned legal professional specializing in business restructuring and reorganization, currently serving as a Partner in the Business Restructuring & Reorganization Practice at JONES DAY® since July 2016. With extensive experience advising companies, creditors, banks, directors, and other stakeholders on insolvency law and corporate matters, Jasper also holds a board membership at the Netherlands Association for Comparative and International Insolvency Law (NACIIL) since October 2011. Prior to JONES DAY®, Jasper was a Partner at DLA Piper from January 2006 to June 2016, and an Associate at Allen & Overy LLP from 1998 to 2003.
