Leanna Gibson

Leanna Gibson is currently a Law Clerk at Jones Day since October 2024 and previously served as a Summer Associate at the same firm from May to July 2023. As a Staff Member for the William & Mary Law Review from June 2022 to May 2024 and a Research Assistant to Professor Myrisha Lewis during law school, Leanna developed strong legal research and writing skills. Prior experience includes a Summer Legal Internship at the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) in 2022 and a Legal Internship at MD Junquera y Asociados Abogados in 2019, where Leanna analyzed case files and attended trials. Earlier roles include a Food Counter Clerk at The Huddle and a Children's Department Intern at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Leanna holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Language and International Trade from Clemson University.
